"Overall great service and lovely hotel but I would recommend you bring your own pillow to avoid a flat nothing inside of it type or one filled with rocks. We were woken repeatedly by the jumbo jet sound of the air conditioning unit kicking in throughout the night, as well as another loud rumble at regular intervals that sounded like a roller coaster moving above us. We were not bothered by the noise the last time we stayed on a higher floor with Fallsview so maybe it was the floor/room? 1098 city view. View wasn’t great but didn’t mind that."

"The view from the room was wonderful. Room was clean well organized. The negative: 1) on site parking was $87.50 per night! 2) check in was lined up and took 30 minutes 3) the food at the Watermark restaurant was limited and mediocre. (View was spectacular)."

"Everything was fine My stay was very comfortable. The room was a good size, very clean, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, close to public transit and major attractions. The staff were kind and professional. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it."

"Stayed here for Lollapalooza. Love the location and the hotel room itself is nicely furnished and pretty clean. The shower could be cleaner. I'm not sure if hotels can really do much about mold."
