We checked in late and were very happy that the beds were comfortable. My granddaughter lost her purse which was special to her and the gentleman at the second reception close to the lost and found was extremely helpful and almost as excited as my granddaughter when we located it. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the airport and the tube. "

"This is a great place to stay, so near the airport you could take the city bus across the street for less than two pounds straight to the Central Bus Station right in the airport, where you could walk to Terminal 2 or 3 easily. The Airport Hoppa coach would cost you almost seven pounds. The English breakfast was plentiful and the place was quiet. Great prices, great staff, highly recommended. Only negative is the maze like way to go to your room! I would stay again."
