All guest feedback is discussed with the team on a weekly basis and this was of course very motivating to read.I would like to mention that the prices of the hotel are normal for Santorini, we are not having such high prices like the caldera properties, we are not in this area. The village of Finikia is the most authentic and picturesque village on the island, hotel is right there and the close by restaurants are just 5 minutes walking and the unique Oia village is 20 minutes far away easy walking. Hotel is exactly how you described, a getaway from the crowed place.The road to approach our property is actually narrow but all the staff is trying its best not to hassle the guests and when transfer companies are not driving the guests to the hotel we are collecting them by our own car to bring them to the property.Rest assured that we will take into consideration the feedback that you provided regarding the niggles that you mention and I will share your comments with my team so that any necessary action will be taken.It was a great pleasure to host you and thank you once again for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback.
