The property was perfect for my needs. The only amenity that I could not use was room service as my phone would receive a busy signal no matter whom I attempted to call.

I liked how the staff was so helpful and available. However, when I asked for a ride to the airport to catch a local bus I was told to walk there since it was a 10 min walk. As a tourist I did not feel comfortable doing this but found my way around on my own.

Love the location.
Great service. Easy check in. comfortable mattress in our bedroom. The bathroom was a little tight compared to the large size of the rest of our suite. But not a big issue. I did love the rain shower and hand-held shower combo. The plunge pool/jacuzzi was nice after a hot day of walking around the island. The grounds were very nice and the pool area was nice. They even had a kiddy pool attached to the main pool so if you have young kids, this might be a good place to stay. Parking is included in your stay, so it’s great for exploring the island on your own without having to take the bus.

On the website when we booked our room, it stated that it slept 3 people. We booked the room with 2 people on the reservation but ended up having an extra person at the last minute. When we got to the hotel, the manager was harrassing us because we had an extra person. She made us pay for a night that the extra person didn’t stay at the hotel and then repay and book a bigger room for the rest of our stay. If the manager would have handled the situation and talked to us differently, we would have been happier with the full experience. However, the hotel was nice and clean with a very nice outdoor area.

Dear Mrs Fitzpatrick, Your reservation was for 2 persons, the rate is based on double occupancy , and if you had mentioned about the third person the rate would be updated accordingly in the system. Eventhough it was a last minute change, you should notify during check in. Instead, you never mentioned about the presence of the third person. We found out later when we show the third person. Considering the fact that your room was not spacious enought to put an extra bed, we proposed to change room and not sleep 3 persons in one double bed as you did the first night. Which of course you agreed and were happy! My attitude to this matter was profesional as it should and very polite as well throughtout your stay. Our hotel as the majority of hotels globaly, must follow and comply with specific rules, regading SAFETY FIRST and other operational proceedures. One of them and the most important is to have documents (passport copies of each guest) and strictly exact number of guests that are accommodated every night, otherwise the penalty is really high.Best regards,

This property was by the airport and I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful gardens and well appointed suite. The staff Made us feel at home and the prices for food and drink were very reasonable. I would love to stay at this hotel next time I'm in Santorini

I love how it was set up as very private for the family. Everything is closed by not walking distance but you have to take a taxi, I would give it 10/10. I highly recommend it to everybody.

This hotel was close to the airport and was a very good option away from the hustle bustle of main Fira Market (15mins drive). Clean and new facility with good customer service. Definitely recommend.

Great Place! Definitely recommend!
Amazing Suite, very clean, staff are very friendly, accomodating and happy to help at all times. Bed was super comfortable the best sleep i have had in ages. Breakfast was great, buffet style, a wide range of selection so should cater for most. Also this place is super close to the airport so also a bonus as they include transfers too. The downsides on our holiday was the weather but thats nothing to do with the hotel. We were not able to use the jacuzzi or the pool due to the bad weather so unable to comment on this. Also Santorini can get quite expensive for food and travel. My suggestion is do not use taxis, walk from the hotel to the airport and then get the bus to Fira for 1.60 Euros one way. Firo is a must to explore and if you then decide to go to other places e.g Oia go via bus again! Otherwise you will blow your money on transport. Overall great place. I would highly recommend :)

Property is located near the airport so expect to hear airplanes overhead throughout the day. But its proximity to the airport is a plus, esp with their free shuttle service to/from airport (and you won't have to lug your bags thru the stoned walkways to get to your hotel). Plus it is quite easy to call for 'taxis' (or transfers) to drive you anywhere in the island. You may not have the caldera view but you get a good sized unit complete with amenities, a personalized spa, a great sunrise view, for a reasonable price.

The airport transfer was seamless and the reception very welcoming. The junior suite has a hot tub which i did not realize. The pool is very cute and there is a pool bar that also serves food until 17:30. Reception can arrange for Greek food to be delivered to your room if you want to eat later than that. Very easy stopover place before moving on to Oia.

Terrible customer service experience. This place suppose to offer us a see view and when we asked they said we don’t any room and the room we gave you more expensive. I’ve never seen a room on the Gardenview is more expensive than Seaview and turn my life. Please try to stay away of this place as they refused to give us our money back!

Our stay was made special by the people that were looking after us. The two ladies in the reception were nice and accommodating. The room were, spacious, clean, had plenty of amenities, and a jacuzzi. It's very easy to get to from the airport as you get free transport. The hotel is in a quiet area far from where the busy places are. You will need a car or an ATV to get around. It's about 12 mins to Kamari Beach, 10 mins to Fira and 25 mins to Oia by drive.
