On the positive side: large lobby, large pool, nice people. On the negative side: bathtub/shower is very small and not convenient. Replacing towels once every 3 days. Mattresses are not thick as in other hotels therefore are harder than what people are used to

However, when our guests request to change their towels sooner, we always provide them free of charge. For the bed mattresses, please note that we have the common matresses used in hospitality industry. However, when a guest finds it too firm we may provide an upper mattress which improves the feeling while sleeping. Quelle belle arnaque! Hôtel fantôme, poussiéreux, vétuste à éviter. Je suis une habituée des hôtels sur hotel.com tant sur le plan professionnel que personnel (soit plusieurs fois par mois). C'est la 1ere fois que je vois cela. Trouver un hôtel vide, sans accueil, ni responsable, ni réceptionniste, ni même de l' eau dans la piscine. Aucun client non plus. Une responsable réceptionniste qui arrive tranquillement 1h après. Une fois arrivée, la chambre n'était pas faite. Nous avons du attendre encore. Une fois la chambre accessible, porte bloquée, toilettes non fonctionnels, vétusté des lieux, et propreté qui laisse à désirer...De manière générale les services proposés étaient totalement absents. Pas d'eau dans la piscine. Nous avons du quitter l'hôtel. Nous étions sensés rester 3 jours. Aussi, la plage n'est pas exceptionnelle de ce côté. Tracez votre chemin. Vous éviterez bien des déconvenues...La responsable est une menteuse, le grand responsable aussi. Aucun geste, pour tous les désagréments causés même pas un verre d'eau ou café pour 1h30 à poiroter.. Heureusement nous avons trouvé bien mieux en terme d'hôtel et pour moins cher ailleurs! A ce jour toujours aucun remboursement alors que le responsable avait bien validé cela ; hotel.com ne fait rien non plus; ça ne dérange pas plus que cela que le client se fasse arnaquer de la sorte. Honteux !

Regina Hotel è diventato un Covid Hotel governativo. Siamo arrivati il 17 agosto e lo abbiamo scoperto senza che Expedia ci abbia avvisato. Siamo rimasti senza hotel a metà agosto e abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci. Cos’altro dire…..?

Un Hôtel 3* pour un prix 1*. Gentillesse, serviabilité du personnel. Une piscine magnifique, immense. La vue est superbe sur le jardin, la piscine et la baie de Kissamos. Merci de nous offrir une telle prestation à prix extrêmement raisonnable. On y retournera, c'est sûr car idéal pour visiter Balos et Elafonissi et séjourner pour se reposer et nager dans la piscine.

Das Hotel war alles in allem ok. Da wir zu Corona Zeit hier waren war es natürlich sehr ruhig, es gab leider kein Restaurant ( geschlossen ), Preis Leistung ok!

Personnel très agréable mais de mauvaises surprises : pas de volets, seulement des rideaux qui peinent à cacher (i) la lumière de la lampe du balcon qui reste allumée jusqu'à 23h et (ii) la lumière du soleil. Isolation sonore indigente. Petit déjeuner et piscine agréables. Prix très compétitif.

Tillgång till en fantastisk och välhållen pool, en utmärkt frukostbuffé och vänlig, hjälpsam och angelägen personal. Välstädat och snyggt överallt. Rummen var lite väl snålt tilltagna, så även badrummen med sviktande duschfascilitet. Hotellets läge inte optimalt annat än ur access till motorvägssynpunkt. Hotellet kämpar med dålig beläggning vilket tyvärr genomsyrar hela personalen.

Buona posizione per chi vuole scoprire la costa occidentale di Creta. Facile da trovare, prima di arrivare a Kissamos girare a sinistra direzione Drapanias poi di nuovo a sinistra .Gradevole giardino, grande terrazzo con bellissime comode poltrone e piacevole piscina. Si tratta di una bella struttura purtroppo un po' trascurata. Camere semplicemente ammobiliate con splendida vista, bagno piccolo, tenda della doccia corta, colazione scarsa ma tutto considerato non si può pretendere di più ,visto il prezzo!!! in Italia a quel prezzo non trovi neanche una pensioncina

L'hotel apparentemente bello ristrutturato con affaccio su giardino e piscina, lato mare. Accoglienza buona alla reception e personale abbastanza disponibile. Stanza accettabile, dotata di climatizzatore, portafinestra con accesso sul terrazzo, ma sprovvista di tapparella (solo una tenda bianca no oscurante). Bagno cieco e sprovvisto di una ventola di aspirazione. Scarsa cura sul cambio e rifornimento degli asciugamani. Colazione discreta ma, tutto sommato, accettabile nella terrazza panoramica della struttura.

Struttura potenzialmente bellissima, stile coloniale e con piscina. Purtroppo la manutenzione lascia un po' a desiderare e tutto sa un po' di vecchio. I dettagli non sono curati. Parcheggio interno, terrazza bellissima. Colazione che lascia a desiderare. Location strategica, ma solo con auto.

Situation of the hotel was perfect for us, just a few minutes outside Kissamos. A perfect spot to stay and visit the east side of Crete. But we also enjoyed relaxing outside the hotel lobby where there is a lot of seating and is quiet. Didn’t go in the pool as it didnt seem clean enough for our standards, but it is large and the grounds are nice. The breakfast was basic, but was enough for me as I am not a big breakfast person. We also ate at the hotel restaurant which was also nice to have. My husband had the day dish of fish and it was delicious. The staff, specially the gentleman at the restaurant, was very nice and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you

Hôtel avec une vue magnifique depuis chambre, très grande piscine agréable et extérieur très bien entretenu. L’hôtel propose un service de restaurant et de bar près de la piscine. Personnel très gentil et bonne communication. Cependant, le petit déjeuner est à revoir, pas varié d’un jour à l’autre et peu de choix.. produit de basse qualité, dommage!! Chambre petite mais agréable, le problème est la salle de bain.. très petite et pas de cabine de douche ce qui fait qu’il y a de l’eau partout .. pas très confortable. Voiture indispensable !!! Bonne localisation pour de nombreuses activités et non loin du centre de kissamos mais en voiture. Séjour positif mais l’hôtel doit encore s’ameliorer sur certains points pour correspondre au standing d’un 3* et aux prix proposés.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Hôtel agréable avec magnifique jardin mais nécessite une voiture, très bon accueil , chambre de bonne taille, propre avec balcon vue sur mer avec petit déjeuner correct. A améliorer, la salle de bain sans cabine douche, pas d'isolation phonique avec les autres chambres et jus du petit déjeuner 100% industriel
