"We are very disappointed that we had a extremely bad stay in this hotel as the air conditioning didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work, the worst part is the room is extremely stinky, it’s so bad my friend even had an asthma attack. When they moved us to a different room the next day, the toilet didn’t work. The hotel is not the condition as it is advertised at all! "

"The room was awful! I was woken up continuously by the construction outside but worse than that… the cleaners screaming, talking on their phones on loud speaker and banging every door and piece of furniture in the rooms above, and next too! I paid for a hotel to get some sleep! I didn’t sleep. "

"What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower."
