Cheguei ao hotel 13h, e o atendente pegou todos os meus dados mas não liberou um quarto pra mim. Detalhe que o hotel estava vazio, sem nenhum carro no estacionamento. Tive que sair do hotel e voltar às 15h. Foi bem descortês isso.

Razoável, mais para eu voltar tem que melhorar

Hotel bom, atendimento bom, porém a tv tive que chamar um funcionário para sintonizar por que não ligava, o chuveiro também não funcionai direito levou mais de dez minutos para aquecer, a porta da sacada tinha uma fresta que entrava friagem e acabei acordando constipado por isso. Café da manhã básico faltou frutas entre outras coisas pequenas.

Hotel impecável, recepção muito educada, no dia que fomos tinha cortesia de spa dos pés na area da piscina, divino! Quarto amplo, cama e roupa de cama confortáveis, duch forte que esquenta bem. Cafe da manha demorou um pouco na reposicao de ovos mexidos, mas restante dos itens ok (descemos para o cafe 9:00). Vista linda, instalações gerais lindas, piscina temperatura perfeita, voltaríamos!

Essa foi minha segunda estadia no hotel e, mais uma vez, foi uma experiência boa. O hotel tem uma localização excelente, pertinho da feirinha do Alto, o café da manhã é gostoso e o quarto é muito confortável. A única observação que gostaria de fazer foi em relação à espuma de banho da banheira. Quando chegamos, o recipiente estava vazio e, ao solicitar o reabastecimento, trouxeram uma garrafa grande (5L) com menos de um dedo de sabonete líquido. Achei essa "economia" um pouco exagerada, considerando o padrão do hotel. Apesar disso, não muda minha opinião positiva sobre o local. Continuo recomendando e voltaria a me hospedar. Um ótimo lugar!
