"Staying at Cino Fabiani Guesthouse was one of many pleasant memories of our two nights in Guayaquil. We loved the atmosphere, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location in the Las Penas neighborhood was super. The guesthouse is furnished in an eclectic and retro style, and the main common room has served as a small theatre in the past, so has the remnants of a stage. "Our room that was booked was taken on our arrival. We where not satisfied with the other room which had two bunk beds, one double bed inside a ten by ten room. Bathroom had to be shared which was not up to our standard. We hope no charge was put on our credit card."

"Everything is right about the Escalon. Quiet location, Very Quiet. Nice yard on water with a grassy area within which to relax. 3 blocks from lots of restaurants. Fantastic staff, super nice and wanted to help whenever they could. This hotel is an example for others in Guayaquil. Top quality experience."
