"We came from America and We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and i have to say this is by far the best hotel and hospitality i have experienced in a very long time. Very nice and helpful staffs, very clean and spacious rooms, great brekfast buffet and overall amazing atmosphere. We are definitely coming back and staying at this hotel without doubt. "This hotel is a SCAM! When I reserved this hotel through Hotels.com, I pre-paid the hotel fee. But, the employees at the desk asked me to pay ONCE AGAIN, telling me that the fee paid over Hotels.com would be refunded.
That didn’t happen. Eventually I paid TWICE. And the hotel refused to refund.
So, I was double-charged.
I think this is a classic way to lure foreigners to pay more.
The hotel even doesn’t answer the phone.
If you don’t want to be scammed, please do not use this hotel."

"Hotel is excellent! Got the habitat suite with my 6 month old and it’s a very clean and spacious room. I requested a crib beforehand and everything was set up when I walked in the room. Breakfast was ok, the buffet had both western and chinese dishes plus a made to order noodle bar. Disappointed with the soy milk they served as it tasted like water for 2 breakfasts! Not sure why as it was excellent the first day.
Area was also great! There’s a back pathway to MixC mall. Overall still an excellent stay. "
