"Staff was very accommodating when ceiling leaked and was downgraded to top floor in villa. When bringing to their attention it was too difficult to constantly take those flights with an injured back, they upgraded to ground floor, which could not have been any better. So appreciative for the accommodation. Made our vacation extra special."

"Terrible experience at the airport. Got to the resort to find Shaydi/Sheydi. She out my mind at ease and was just simply amazing. I had 19 people in my party arriving at different times. Anytime she was on shift, she knew they were part of my party by name, or she saw me greeting them and remembered me. Just amazing customer service all around . Otherwise, the pools are too cold and the hot tubs are less than what i would want a pool to be. Besides that, Ivan was an amazing bartender. Myself and my guests had a great time"

"We had an amazing time! Excellent customer service, clean, great location, amenities and entertainment were great. The only thing I would say that needs enhancing … pillows are uncomfortable, they won’t let you take your food to your room(outside restaurants) and wet bar doesn’t have a good selection for people that don’t drink beer. However, we would definitely come back again! "
