"For what we paid, we expected a much higher standard. The water pressure was extremely low, to the point that we were unable to brush our teeth or wash our hands at the bathroom sink and had to use the kitchenette sink instead. The room was worn, outdated, and not laid out in a way that made it functional. For example, the main entrance/exit was located in the bedroom with the double beds, where our children were sleeping. Additionally, there was only one couch that seats three, with no additional seating, in a two-bedroom unit advertised to accommodate six guests. The miniature golf area is in serious need of attention, and most of the outdoor foot showers were not working, with only one operational. The beach view was also largely obstructed by the tiki bar roof. Overall, the property appears to be in need of significant updates and does not reflect the price point. Based on this experience, we would not choose to return and would not recommend the property to friends or family visiting Panama City Beach."

"Great activities and beach. Room was clean and nice. Do not recommend booking for spring break. Website shows nothing about age until it was time to check in. Receptionist there are not the friendliest. "

"Did not like the fact that I was chewed out by housekeeping for checking my code for the room early. I was instructed by check in desk to go up and see if my code worked yet, when i did the rudest good for nothing housekeeper yelled and chewed me out infront of my guest. She said no one would of told us that. Went back to check in desk and advised her of her mistake. Then i was supposed to of been notified when my room was ready but they said they had been trying to call me for 3 hours to tell me it was ready, figured out real quick they had been dialing the wrong number even tho they had reached out to me just hours earlier to collect parking fees. They had the correct number then 😆 so in return they had cancelled my entry code and had to start all over. So to summarize i give 👎 👎 👎 to the staff"

"Everything was very nice. We arrived, the rep at the crosswalk was great! I'm so sorry I can't remember her name but she made us feel very at ease, she was so helpful!. The texts we got had a lot of info that we needed. Thanks so much for a great getaway!"
