"This was not a hotel, it was more like an apartment, however there were no utensils, no plates etc, no cooking equipment despite having a kitchen. The towels for the shower were extremely small, the bathroom was very small, the room was very hot and could not control the floor heating, the tv didnโ€™t work, we needed to put used towels on the floor outside the door then ask for more, we needed to manage our own rubbish instead of having the room serviced. "I had a short stay here overnight before returning to Seoul. The hotel is very close to exit 6 in the Busan Station (subway and train), which makes it very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, small for American standards but perfectly fine for Asian ones. Service was great! Checkout was very fast when I arrived around 22:30 and the lobby staff politely answer several questions about my day tour arranged with Viator. I left luggage here to retrieve later before getting a KTX to Seoul and that process was super-smooth. There are a ton of restaurants and eateries nearby, including a Dunkin's inside the hotel building for some quick coffee. Highly recommend the hotel. "
