"It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. A little bit of noise at times, it's student accommodation, but not too noisy by a long way. I recently stayed at the IBIS in Bristol and that was far noisier. Would happily book again for a short stay."

"This was an excellently decorated & comfortably furnished apartment, perfectly located in a quiet location in the main part of town. We parked a short distance away at the ASDA car park, which was reasonably priced via the JustPark app. Helpful owners & excellent communication. We didn’t use the cooking equipment as the apartment was close to a number of chain restaurants - we did notice that there was no sharp knife nor microwave but otherwise was very well equipped. "Lovely staff, fast food nearby. Dont be fooled by thinking its a short walk to the train station! (Google tells you to walk along a dual carriageway) the station does however have free parking. Or a 20 minute walk through an industrial estate. A convenient hotel for anyone going to concerts or events in Cardiff."

"The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. We didn't get chance to use the pool so can't comment on those facilities but what we could see from the window looked good. There was air conditioning in the restaurant but not in our room so that made the room quite hot and stuffy even with the window open. However, there was a fan in the room and that did help a little. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with staff who couldn't do enough, the decor is a little dated but we would stay there again."
