"We stayed 2 nights at Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel after touring North and halong for almost a week. The hotel is very charming, with a touch of authentic Vietnamese style but also modern and full of comfort. As soon as you arrive the staff is very friendly and helpful and they helped us throughout the whole stay provided transportation,tours the airport drop off were smooth and very pleasant. The check in was easy and we were welcomed with biscuit and cool towels. The rooms (our Suite had balcony) were well luxurious with nice amenities.breakfast was good and included The location are very convinient to walking,it near coffee shop and restaurants and near the lake. Thank you for all staffs, especially is Mia and Celina!!! "

"Room was great. Staff were extremely accommodating. I booked the room minutes before arriving because the hotel prior catfished me and they were so helpful when I arrived extremely frantic. This hotel the photos look just like the rooms and the staff go above and beyond. Definitely recommend this hotel"
