Most convenient place to stay on Hachijo Island!
Great location, price, cleanliness. The owner offers rental cars too, so I highly recommend this place for those coming to Hachijo.

快適に過ごすことが出来ました
必要な設備は揃っています。快適に過ごすことが出来ました。タオルは持参するのですが、忘れた場合にも共有部においてあるのを利用することができます。 乾燥機が、わりと頻繁にフィルター清掃のランプが点灯し、動かなくなってしまうのですが使い方になれないため、直し方がわからず、夜に他の方と困ってしまいました。結局翌朝スタッフの方に聞いて、滞在中ランプがついたときの対処法がわかりました。(フィルターを外してほこりをとる)注意書きがあると親切かなと思います。

この度はご宿泊ありがとうございました 快適にお過ごし頂けた様で良かったです ただ、乾燥機の利用方法でご不便をお掛けした様で、申し訳ありません ご指摘頂いた注意書きは、早急に対処致します もし何かあった時は、お手数ですが直接お電話でご連絡頂けると助かります 少人数スタッフの為、事務所でじっとしている事が少なく、 清掃や外まわり作業で不在の事も有りますが、 出来る限り、早く対応できるよう心がけております これからもみなさまのご意見を参考に より快適に過ごしてもらえるよう、日々努力して参ります ぜひ、また八丈島に遊びにいらして下さい お待ちしております

Lage ist super. Besetzung der Rezeption bis 17:30 Uhr etwas kritisch. Falls der letzte Flieger 30 Minuten verspatet eintrifft gibt es Probleme. Kommunikation in Englisch war akzeptabel.
