古さは感じるが、便利でコスパがよいホテル

この辺りにはホテルがないので助かりました。とても寒い時期だったのでお部屋に帰るとセラミックヒーターがついていてお部屋があったかくよかったです。全体的に古いホテルですが、キレイにしてあります。冷蔵庫もありますし、一階には電子レンジとコイン式の洗濯機、乾燥機があります。部屋のオイルヒーターは集中管理のようです。切れるとさすがにすこし寒いです。 一点、シャワーの湯量が少なく、温度調整が難しかったです。冬なのでちょっと辛かったです。 フロントのお姉さまたちは穏やかで、いろいろ丁寧に教えてくださるので、自宅のように過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Location is far a way from center of the Hakodate city. No air conditioner. Recently Hokkaido is very hot. Air conditioner is needed.

個人的に立地条件が良いのでリピート利用はするが、設備は残念(>_<)。

ご家族で運営されているようで、家庭的な印象。接客面は不満は全く無いが、如何せん建物も設備も古い為、環境的には満足とは言え無い。 ・テレビの画面が小さい。ベッドに寝ると全く何が写ってるか分からない。 ・フェイスタオルが薄っぺらい。 ・窓の木製パネルの中央がガラスの為、外から見えそう。浴室自体が狭いので部屋で着替えたかったが、外から見えそうなので、浴室で体を捻り捻り着替えた。 ・夜間、ボイラーか何かの音がうるさくて何度も目が覚めた。 ・オートロックじゃない。 ・机側の壁に鏡がない。(化粧時不便) いろいろ挙げましたが、清掃は行き届いていましたので、不快と言うより不便でした。

目の前にドンキ、イトーヨーカドーがあるので便利。 駐車場が狭い。 部屋は値段相応。（清潔感はある） シャンプーとか１個なのでシャワー２回目から素洗い。

コーヒー、朝軽食等のサービスが多くなっているチェーンホテルが満室でとれなかった結果でしたが悔しい。

部屋価格と実態が合っていないと思います。要は部屋はかなり旧式で景観や駐車環境は悪く感じたのに、価格は割高と思いました。

昔のビジネスホテルってこんな感じだったのかな〜と妙なノスタルジーに浸ってしまいました。函館市街地にあるホテルよりもずっと安価なので、費用を抑えたいならオススメです。ただ、函館の中心部まではバスでないと行けないので、交通費が若干イタいかも（近所のバス停から函館駅まで往復500円、所要時間は20分ぐらい？）。 ホテル近辺にはコンビニや大型スーパー、チャイニーズチキンバーガーで有名なラッキーピエロもあって、ちょっとした買い物や食事には困りません。

門限が24時でそれ以降のホテルへの出入りはできなくなるので、ホテルには小さな自販機が一応あるもののその点は注意。エアコンが無いことはわかっていたし、扇風機はあるので、それ以外は特に可もなく不可もなく値段相応に過ごせた。
