Traveled with my family, would have rate it higher if not for the miscommunication. We requested for a late check out the night before and was given up to 12noon to check out. The next day they woke up my daughter at 10am and told her she had to check out. I rushed back from a nearby restaurant to talk to the front desk only to be told that I have 10mins otherwise I will be charged.

Right across the street from morning market
We are traveling with our 2 teenagers, the room is very spacious for all four of us (especially we get our own queen sized beds) and it's in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended.

Check in was a breeze and staff were polite and helpful in every way. Room was very clean and spacious enough for party of 2A 2C. Taxi service also avsilable at front desk. Will stay at Fav again if i visit Hakodate next time.
