We loved the location, a tram stop right in front of the hotel and a Family Mart attached. Less than 10 minutes to Goryokaku Tower/park. The laundry onsite was reasonably affordable. The room was relatively large as well as the bathroom, and the pajamas they provided were our most comfortable that we slept in in Japan. However, the lobby reeks of cigarette smoke as we did not know that was their smoking area and often fills into the elevator. Also, we skipped on their breakfast buffet as it seemed high priced for what was available.

Parking was taken care of by personnel who reserve a spot on arrival and during our stay there. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and full of choices in a spacious dining hall. Room was value for money. Location was good as access to city was easy. Staff at hotel was very helpful.

Overall, this place was accessible, easy enough to find with a parking garage BEHIND the hotel. Note this if you are driving as otherwise you will need to circle the block to get to parking. The only reason for 1 star off is that we could not get the AC to work in our room despite using translation and thus the room was constantly stuffy.

垂電の駅からも近く、1階にファミマがあるので至䟿である。赀レンガ方面ず湯の川方面のほが䞭間にあるので、垂内芳光にも適しおいる。私が泊たったのはクィヌンのダブルだったがお颚呂も広めで、空気枅浄機もあり快適だった。
