Nice hotel with helpful staff. Onsen is nice. Built more for the INAEM experience that Hakodate tourism, but Hakodate is not big and can be manageable by tram or bus.

One of the better hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast buffet was huge and the selection of local fish and vegetables was terrific. Room was relatively large by Japan standards and very comfortable. The important question is would we stay there again. ABSOLUTELY!

Great staff and lovely rooms, very much a resort vibes kind of place. Front desk spoke good English and they went the extra mile at every opportunity to try and make the stay more pleasant. Beds a little bit hard for my liking. Bathrooms exceptional and the onsen was great too!

Best dinner buffet!!!

Phantastic stay. The roof onsen is great and although the Hotel was rather busy during my stay there was always room in the hot bath ( not crowded ） and for dinner may be 1 or 2 min waiting at the most. DO NOT MISS the dinner.. absolutely great.. stay with the all you can drink plan and you are doing more than fine! Absolutely recommendable hotel… tons of parking on top.. only 6 min by car from the airport!

Near the hotel has park this park has cute monkeys we had great time and walk near ocean and Ramen shop near hotel!!this ramen shop is really recommend all ramen really yummy (walk about 3min)you should try and The HOTEL IS Great dinner and breakfast buffet clean loom and great view also beautiful view from ONSEN and clean we had great time this hotel definitely love to come back again !!! Definitely recommend family and friends and couple 💓

Comfortable rooms

The facilities are well maintained. The onsen on the rooftop offers a great view into the ocean. The buffet breakfast offers great sashimi. There is a Japanese restaurant but it needs reservation which no one told us. We were very disappointed when we wanted to have dinner there but they wouldn't let us in without reservation.

There is a public bath that is available for guest on the top floor. The room I stayed in was big and very comfortable. Overall a great stay
