"Clean, convenient location to boat cruise and bus top, with immediate walk / view of the lake! Lovely personal hot tub. Make sure you are okay with either a bit of travel or pre ordering dinner though! Only one restaurant in town open for dinner in the area"
"It is a very beautiful hotel. The room is beautiful and spacious. The bed is very clean and comfortable. We used both private and public onsen, it was a great experience. We also had kaiseki dinner which was also an amazing experience. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety. Overall it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay."
"We loved the atmosphere. The fireplace in the living room smelled so good and looked cozy. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The room was spacious, and the view was amazing. The food and drinks were excellent. The bed was comfortable. I really liked the decor. Peaceful and serene."
"Excelente hotel, súper atentos, el servicio es de muy alto nivel, venimos de luna de miel y fue mi cumpleaños, nos trataron de lujo, lo recomiendo ampliamente! De las mejores experiencias vividas en Japón."
"From the amenities, views, service, and overall facilities, this property is truly exceptional. The food stands out for both its quality and variety, and the spacious hot tub is a highlight.
The only minor drawback is that the room feels a bit tight for four people, as it’s originally designed for two—adding two futons required removing the coffee table to create space. That said, everything else the property offers more than makes up for it, to the point where the room size hardly mattered. Even our room overlooked the stunning Lake Ashi, making the stay all the more special. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience."
