Didn’t really feel like a spa hotel. Yes they have hot baths, but most people from the uk won’t want to go in naked. We used the bath on the balcony which was nice. Apparently there are massage chairs in the spa area.

Frontdesk staff was super nice and accommodating. English wasn't an issue, the clerk used a translator. We had an amazing room. Heads up, we got the premium room and it didn't have a shower. So utilize the public bath or schedule a private bath hour. Quick walk to food and the combini. Very relaxing ...

Prince Smart Inn Atami
Clean room. Most of the staff are nice and helpful especially Mr. Yamamoto. He is very nice and considerate. One of the day we stayed was raining heavily and our shoes got wet. He worried that we'd be cold and took the initiative to lend us an electric kettle to boil water.
