The place was perfect for a small family. We used this as a final stop before leaving Germany, as it was close to the airport. It was clean, and they had REAL AC, which helped get a proper sleep. Something that we didn't get too much during our Euro trip. 5/5 all and all.

Perfect place to stay for longer-term stays!
Recently updated furnishings and lots of space for the room I booked. Room was also generously furnished with plenty of closet and cabinet space to settle in for the week I stayed. Very good sound isolation and rarely heard the presence of other guests. Had everything I needed and a well functioning kitchenette. The property and unit were sparkling clean, and I really appreciated their mid-stay cleaning which is not typical for apart-hotel accommodations. Great front desk who helped me with all of my business needs and enjoyed their 24/7 free coffee in the lobby. Located next to a Lidl and public transportation which was really convenient.

In a general perspective every was as needed. We would like to have more time of ours to enjoy the hotel but we were in a rush. Lovely building next to the airport. it was as presented. Happy staying there!

Great value for money
Great accommodation. Not a hotel in the true sense of the word, more serviced apartments. Although that makes it better because the room is huge, very spacious and very affordable. Not a very exciting area but it’s easy to get to the centre of Hamburg and it’s very close to the airport.

It was a new property and was lovely and quiet. It was immaculate from the rooms right down to the living room downstairs. We were there to watch the marathon and with heavy rain forecast we were able to borrow 2 umbrellas from the reception which was very much appreciated.

Comfortable and practical
Close to the airport and its infrastructure, the hotel is not a quiet place, but with the windows closed you won't hear a thing. Staff was super friendly and the room was clean and spacious enough. Would recommend and stay again.

A bit far from center
The hotel is good and clean but it is a bit far from the center around 35 min by public transportation the nearst metro is 10 min by waking and 5 min by bus Overall good hotel compared to the price

Nice spacious accomodation
Had a small kitchenette with a kettle and microwave. Would have been even better with saucepans and 2 hotplates. For this reason it loses asvantage over a normal hotel and would only be suitable for staying 1 night only. Maybe even a shared small cooking area on each floor would have sufficed.

Nice Modern Hotel close to Airport
This hotel is very close to Hamburg Airport and seems to be cheaper than the other chains but the rooms are very comfortable, large and modern. I would highly recommend it

Excellent Hotel
From Parking to Hotel condition, everything was excellent with this hotel. Super workout room, close to the airport and downtown tourist attractions and very neat and clean rooms. Would Definitely stay in this hotel again!

Very convenient to the airport.
Very impressed with this hotel. Very spacious, clean and just what we needed as a travel of 4 needing an overnight stay close to the airport. Surprised to find a balcony in the morning as well. Breakfast was good quality and offered lots of different choices to suit. Only thing that would improve this hotel would be a welcome pack to purchase to include milk, tea, coffee etc.

Christmas market
Good value for money, nice ,clean totally renovated hotel. A bit far from centrum but we was 4 people and share the cab 20 eur to city center.

Room for significant improvement.
Arrived early Friday evening to discover that no bed linned were available. No reception, hence we had to pick-up ourselfes at neighbouring hotel. The room was extremely smelly, like somebody has left contaminated food there for month. Have had better experiences with with Appartello - this one was a complete disaster.! Would expect some kind of compensation.

The password for the Internet is very large on the Hotelbird Terminal at the login area. There, of course, you should also find the room cards.
