We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The bus stop was directly outside with direct routes to and from Hamburg Airport and to the main city centre. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. There is a nice little bar on the ground floor with comfy sofas. The room was clean and set up ready for us to check in on time. There is a few shops like a Rewe and Aldi just a 5 minute walk away.

I don't like: No Car Parking.. you have to pay 10 EUro 1 week cleaning only. no apartment cleaning equipment same as tissue, cartage coffee, shower items, (only 2-4 piece a week)

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff was professional. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was not very good. It was spotty reception through the building and I had to continually log back in every 15 minutes or so. Quite annoying.

It was ok, the bed was small amd should have been a queen and also uncomfortable. Nothing like pictures advertised and far to expensive for what you get.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Room was adequate but not the easiest space to cater for yourself, and not too many restaurants locally. Would be happy to stay again in similar circumstances.

Very clean, modern and super comfortable beds! Friendly, helpful staff throughout. Delicious, plentiful breakfast that was served by friendly staff. Well priced! Highly recommended!!

Very hot in summer, no AC
The rooms are small but alright. The kitchen lacks a stove, but most people probably don't need that. I was very disappointed that a) I received a ground floor room despite requesting one on another level and that b) it was very hot, the windows could not be opened and I had to ask three times and wait for over an hour until a receptionist came and unlocked the windows.

Weekend stay at SYLC
We arrived on Saturday for an overnight stay to Sunday. Courteous professional service and clean functional accommodation. Decent location, No restaurant or food service available over weekend. Local choices quite limited - but ALDI is nearby. Over 30 minute bus/train journey to city centre. Bus from airport easy to find but be prepared for a 1 hour journey. All in all city is easy to get around, bus and other transport tickets easy to use and cheap. Special group tickets per day for up to 5 people.

Wow, after a bad experience this hotel was a fresh breath of air. Central in Hamburg. With all amenities close by. Rooms were clean, beds were good, and a great breakfast in the morning. Will most definately return

Very nice property, nice to have a coffee machine and fridge in the room. Be prepared to be hot in the summer though because there is no air conditioning - the only disappointing point.

Wonderful
This is a great hotel; really clean and stylish. The little kitchens are well equipped and the room in general is finished to a good standard. The building is on a flight path but I can’t say it disturbed our stay. The bar has excellent drinks too. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay with family
The hotels was conveniently located to where we needed to be. We stayed in a 1 Bedroom Master room with a family of 4. There was plenty of space, the bed and sofabed were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The room was very clean and quiet, never heard any other guests. The internet was very fast, there were 2 TV's, one in the bedroom, one in the living room. The front desk staff was friendly. We were very satisfied with our stay and would stay again if we went on another trip to Hamburg.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, eher am Stadtrand. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber ausreichend. Es war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet und das Bad war super. Vor dem Hotel (von der Straßenseite betrachtet hinter dem Hotel ) ist eine überschaubare Anzahl von Parkplätzen. Hinter dem Hotel ist das Parkhaus. Die Gebühr beträgt 12 Euro pro Tag. Das Frühstücksbüffet für 15 Euro pro Person lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Buchung und das Check-in waren unkompliziert. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.
