The hotel is in a great location and has a hot spring bath. Some rooms even come with a private onsen. All the staff are lovely, the rooms are clean, and the toilet is separate from the shower. Getting around is easy since the hotel is close to Kyoto’s main bus terminal, train stations and many popular tourist spots. Lots of convenient stores and very close to shopping areas.

Hotel staff was extremely polite, helpful, prompt and professional. The onsen was excellent, and the room was perfect for my wife and I. Clean, nice yukatas, and a great hybrid design of traditional Japan and modern amenities.

Treat yourself to a worthy upgrade!

Super nice and clean. We book one of the two rooms with the private onsen on the 8th floor. It was more than double the price of a regular room but it was so worth it for a day of relaxation. The room was a charming Japanese-Western style with a separate tea room. Super comfortable bed and quiet at night. The location was also very convenient and close to the Kyoto train station with lots of good food options and shops around. Would definitely stay there again and recommend that upgraded room with the private pool for anyone looking to treat themselves.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Kyoto Station. which has a wide range of shops and restaurants. The only downside is that there is limited storage space in the room. Our room is at the corner of the corridor. It has a reasonably good size but is not effectively used. Nevertheless, it is good value for money given an onsen hotel. The laundry is convenient for the guests although the drying machine can be more powerful.

非常に可愛らしいお部屋で枕の硬さが違うものが２つあり、海外でよくある感じで好ましいと思った。 お風呂はオフシーズンだからか、空いていてのんびりと入る事ができた。 何よりも駅に近く、観光が非常に便利な事と、カフェにある、バイカルのアップルパイが美味しかった。 朝食が値段のわりに、日本人からすると普通すぎて。 もうちょっと京都らしいものがあればいいなーと思う。写真を見て、この内容でこの値段なら、と思い、注文せず、朝ラーメンを食べに行きました。 日本ね普通の朝ごはんを食べたい外国人には嬉しい内容だと思います。

Accessible to trains

Hotel was located near Kyoto station which was convenient for travelling by train. It was on the more quiet side of Kyoto station and we had to walk over to the other side of the train lines to get more food options. Otherwise, a clean and good hotel.
