The hotel itself is fine. Room and kitchen were very clean. Bathrooms spotless. The area around the hotel feels a little scary, with lots of homeless people and people who seemed to be intoxicated. But there was indoor parking thankfully. The light on the microwave was also horrible all night because it kept flashing and there was no way to hide it.

Our room didnt have a kettle. but had everything else. Check in was long due to expedia not changing the dates with the hotel but they worked with me and got a room for us.

We really loved our suite. The hotel is clean and the lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful each time we needed to ask questions. Nice building.

Very clean and quiet. Liked the room layout and the kitchen also. The only downside was the pool was too cold for our kids to use and it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

The building and the room appear beautiful, but the safe member at the front desk did not seem friendly upon arrival or check out. Felt like we were an inconvenience to her. There were some strange marks on the ceiling and the fridge opened an awkward direction. A lot of condensation on the windows which smelled moldy. The pool was very cold and there seemed to be lots of things floating not sure what they were. Definitely not a somewhere I would take my kids back to.

The pool heater was broken and was not informed until check in. I was told you could still go swimming but it would be very cold. It was unbearably cold. This has been the issue for many weeks apparently and no update was provided by email or on the website.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Not a great area. Lots of drugs and homeless people…very happy with the security of the hotel. You need your card to get in and out of anywhere. I would definately stay here again.
