"Staff was amazing! "

"This was my second time staying. I love this place. Perfect location, pretty clean for how old, amazing staff. My ONLY complaint is that the beds are hard as a rock. Pillows are nice though. Will stay again but will bring a small mattress topper. "

"- Mandatory “Urban Experience Fee” of $30 + tax per night was not disclosed prior to booking - Room was not cleaned (for a day) despite no DND sign and leaving in the morning - Room service knocked loudly at 8:30am (another day) and woke us up - Hotel ran out of bottled water - Window’s screw came out when opening window. Very old frame Overall, an initially delightful stay that ultimately disappointed. Would not come back"

"For me this hotel wasn't valuable so much for the room or amenities but rather the location. I had a packed trip with a soccer game at Soldier Field, then the next day a baseball game at Wrigley Field, and a basketball game at the United Center. This location was a perfect home base for all these events. It's an easy 15 minute walk to and from Soldier Field. The red line is right around the corner—at the Roosevelt station—and after a 15 min ride leaves you right outside of Wrigley. The green line is a 4 minute walk away—also at the same Roosevelt station—and after a 20 min ride will take you the closest you'll get to the United Center via train. If you're a huge sports fan and can find a day where many games overlap, this is undoubtedly one of the best hotels to stay."

"Room was nice and tidy"

"Hotel is in a good central location near many of the main attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Nice bar downstairs, there is also a rooftop bar, but that is only open in after Easter in summer. Buffet breakfast is included and that makes it very good value. Hotel also has a gym/ Not too many amenities in the room though. "
