As a solo traveler, I felt very safe at this hotel. The hotel staff were very polite and took great care of me as a guest. The food and the views were immaculate. Additionally, the complimentary activities and the free shuttle to the night bazaar was fantastic. My charger randomly broke in the middle of the night and the hotel staff charged my phone then walked with me to a local store to purchase a new one. I loved my stay.

Service at Veranda was great, and the facilities were nice. The resort is lush with greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, I felt that the pool and restaurant could do without charging for necessities like drinking water—most resorts provide it complimentary, especially since there’s already plenty in the rooms. The service and communication were excellent, but the rooms felt a bit dated. Breakfast was mediocre, but the lovely ambiance made up for it. Overall, it was still a nice stay

The hotel is not in the city center where is located in a green land area. The room that I was staying is scenery pavilion with a large balcony with a large jacuzzi bathtub and a day bed on the side. This hotel was everything I wanted and more. The views were incredible and I wish I had dedicated 1 full day to enjoy all the amenities. They have some cultural classes and activities for you to enjoy as well as multiple pool areas. In addition it’s just a beautiful property to walk around. I can not recommend this hotel enough. Since it is further out from the city center the hotel can help organize taxi rides and the taxies are always on time.
