"A very nice place to stay while in Salzburg. The #1 Bus drops off and picks up basically steps from the hotel and that gets you to the Altstadt quickly and conveniently...they even supply a daily ticket covering your entire stay. We liked the coffee machine in the room. The air-conditioning was also appreciated. For the most part, the staff was helpful and friendly. Not all rooms are elevator accessible, we had one flight to climb. The breakfast was good, but we thought a bit high priced. All in all, it's a nice hotel, it's in a great location and the beds are comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again. Thank you for making our Salzburg visit a success."
