"The hotel is in a good area. Very convenient and everywhere was within walking distance. The hotel was very thoughtful to hand out sweet treats during our stay because it's Christmas. The room itself was well designed and very cozy; however our room in particular had some defects: the bathroom door doesn't close and the coffee machine doesn't work well, but these things aren't major so we can overlook. I would recommend this hotel to friends who wish to visit Salzburg. "

"We were 12 days in Europe and stayed in 4 different hotels including the W in Budapest, which was gorgeous. This was by far my favorite! I believe they gave us an upgrade to the fourth floor suite facing the beautiful street below. The front desk staff were fantastic, and the hotel was unique, cozy, and beautiful. "

"Went for the Christmas Market and I was given a corner room facing the mountains and it was wonderful. It's not far from the train station and Starbucks and still walking distance from the shopping district. The bed was very comfortable as well"
