One Great Room & Another OK

I stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. It was somewhat humid, though not hot. The room was overall just slightly less clean than the other one on a different floor. I thought that was odd for its inconsistency in experience.

전반적 경험은 괜찮음. 수영장 괜찮고, 룸 컨디션 괜찮음. 조식은 기대보다는 별로 였음( 나쁘지는 않으나 So So) 예전에 출장 때문에 많이 이용했던 곳이어서 이번 가족 여행때 이용했으나 서호, 송성가무쇼 등 지역과는 거리가 좀 있음.

Perfect for my Business Trip in Hangzhou

Hotel looks brand new and is the nicest Doubletree in which I've stayed. There's a multitude of dining, shopping, and bar options within walking distance including an upscale mall across the street. Location was perfect for my business trip, however, tourists might want to stay closer to downtown/sites.

Very good service level

Left my clothes in closet when check out. Later their return service by mail was so smooth and kind. Great staffs and nice inquiry system. The room was also large and clean, and the location is wonderful, extremely close to a big shopping mall.

The staff were excellent. Sadly, as it was the holidays, the area was quiet. Food at the buffet was good but wasn't hot - we came a little later

One of the best Double Tree Hilton hotels

The hotel is very nice. Big rooms, kept really clean. Much better than the Double Tree Hilton in USA. They have nice restaurants and a good vegetarian friendly buffer for breakfast. A nice bar to have some good drinks too! The hotel is located at a 5 min walk from a big mall which has pretty much most casual brands and dozens of places to eat (very few veg options). Would definitely suggest this hotel as well as stay here again!

Overall the lobby, housekeeping and club floor staff are very helpful. Location not near west lake but still convenient to walk 2-3 mins to metro railway. Opposite there is a shopping mall. The suite is very good to stay and price is good for value.

Great hotel, perfect location for my business trip.i had an executive room and it was super as was the executive lounge. Bill in the bar is fabulous... what a great bar manager, so attentive! One negative point is that the aircon seemed to leave the bedsheets feeling damp... couldn’t turn it off though as it’s so hot in Hangzhou at the moment Overall 9/10
