Hotel is great. Staff at check in was knowledgeable. They speak perfect English and procedure was smooth and very quick. Room is big enough with a nice view. Bathroom was perfectly clean with all amenities which you may need. Bed was comfortable and pillows was soft. Nice gesture was complimentary bottle of water.

Good Hotel but strange

Hotel was good but felt like it was abandoned. Pool closed and surrounds all closed down and construction going on. Often at breakfast more staff than customers. in the bar only one choice of beer and very little else. Staff were friendly but the whole experience was strange

老酒店了，店内许多设施比较陈旧了，周边维护不是太好。酒店WIFI也时有时无的。当然，位置还是不错的，交通也算比较方便。作为短暂停留，还是可选的。性价比，只能说一般

When we first went to our room after a smooth 17:30 check in, there was a repairman there who still needed to finish a task. We had to return to the lobby to be assigned another room. The front desk personnel were helpful and even accompanied us on the elevator to our new room. Unfortunately, the new room was not stocked with basic toiletries such as hand soap.

I stopped for one night for flight connection and I was surpised by the quality of personnel professionalism and care. The customer service manager Yoanna was superb in her assistance and efficiency. For sure I will use the same hotel during next trips.

호텔은 가격 대비 매우 좋음. 단, 관광지나 시내는 매우 멀다. 서호는 택시로 30위안 내외... 전철 4호선 빈장역 이용해 항저우동역 이용 가능하나, 호텔서 역까지 도보로 5~6백미터 됨. 호텔 건물 별도에 수영장과 헬스장이 있으며, 수영장은 1.9미터 깊이도 있으니 애들과 이용시 별도풀장 이용 필요. 직원 매우 친절함. 영어는 보통 수준임 내부에 식당 있으나 이용하진 못함. 반경 1백미터 내 맥도날드와 편의점, 인도식당이 있어 중국음식 안 맞으면 이용하면 됨 미니바는 정말 허접하니, 주변 편의점 활용 필요 택시 잘 안 잡히니 호텔측에 출발 전 미리 요청할 것. 또한, 체크아웃 후에도 짐 맡기는 게 가능하니 잘 활용하면, 좋을 듯 항저우 여행 1일 패키지가 없음. 1일 패키지는 시내호텔에 있다고 함, 필요시 문의 필요
