鳥や虫のさえずりが朝から聞こえる静かな森の中にあるホテルです。低層で横に広く、部屋もとても広い良いホテルです。近くにはお茶で有名な龍井もあります。

酒店适合家庭度假

酒店位于九溪十八涧，环境很好， 是一处毗邻繁华的世外桃源，房间很大，每间房间都有独立阳台，很赞。酒店有自己的茶田，住客可以安静享受一大片的山林茶田。相对于小长假的房价，性价比不高。

Great place ...super!

The surrounding is beatiful! The trees, the tea plantations...you can walk around ...so great. There are trails between the tea plantations ..great experince. The electric bikes are great to go upbthe hills and visit the villages. For running and jogging is so great, do it!

无惊无喜的一次入住

2014年开业之时 我就很想入住 主要是想试试千禧集团的酒店到底怎么样 加之是在九溪的酒店 正好也能九溪一路玩到上面的灵隐 上海自驾前往，开了大约2个多小时，杭州城的路真的很难开到处都是堵车。主干道进去后 人车就要合一了 开的满艰难 索性也不难找，大logo直挺挺的在入口。 经过指导把车停好后 办理check in 当时中午12点半左右 但是抵达前台的第一句话迎来的不是 很高兴欢迎你，不是 欢迎入住千禧。第一句话居然是 现在房间不一定有 如果没有的话麻烦你要等一下。连我入住什么房间都没看就开始预防针乱打 瞬间我感觉我只是来住酒店的 而不是度假的。 交了身份证 查询后告知有房间的 可以立即入住。 点评下几个我认为需要关注的点吧：- #位置#酒店位置不属于市中心，但是出入西湖景区的南边还是比较讨巧的。推荐的是自驾游。这次入住南临，就在前台，餐厅，健身房一栋楼里，体会到了便捷，但是少一份安静。但总体来说是静怡的。往北面可以去灵隐那边 餐厅很多。 #房间本身#给我的这间布局和我看到的一些房间格局不同，不免有些些失望，感觉还是自己在住商务酒店。 #洗手间#干湿分离做得很好，但是浴品很一般，量也属于偏少的。梳子好比经济型酒店的。吐槽 洗手台的笼头，采购的很失败，用的人应该能体会。 浴缸已经劣迹斑斑，不知道怎么保养得这么差，大家都是带着刀子泡澡的吗？ #床品# 住过几家 觉得这家可以排名靠前，被子透气，床垫软硬适中。晚上的确是睡了一个好觉！ #写字台# 很大 但是插座槽灰也积了不少 #阳台# 沙发的垫子已经不忍心坐上去了。这也是所有露天阳台或者露台沙发所面临的挑战吧，这个阳台鸡肋了点。 #电视机# 小！遥控器反应迟钝。 #早餐# 基本还是能保持环境上的清净，品种也是繁多，惊喜有鲜榨果汁。但是现煮小馄饨全部黏在一块什么意思？忍心端给顾客吗？ 总体来说，这是一家没有体会到享受，也不会再来住的酒店。 这一次体验也是稍许失望了点。

差强人意的入住体验，难以匹配周边的美景

来之前就很向往著名的九溪烟树景区，觉得坐落在此间的酒店一定会很棒，但是事实上也许是我的期望值过高了。我们定的是南林阁的套房，结果刚进房间就能听到隔壁小宝宝很清晰的哭声，隔壁的年轻父母说话的声音也很清楚，真的很难想象这是一个接近2000元一晚的酒店的隔音效果，我们要求换房，酒店帮我们换到了另一边的角落里，房型是很奇葩的三角形，而且隔音还是一如既往的差，我们也无力再换了。除了隔音的问题，房间的卫生打扫也很堪忧，第一个房间是很久没人住过的霉味，第二个房间床单没有换过，上面有好几根头发，哦对了，两个房间的台盆下水都有问题，弹不起来。总体而言，酒店确实坐落在一个非常优美的自然环境里，而她的服务和硬件实在难以匹配这个环境。
