Loved the sunset from our room and the communal outdoor area. Everything about the facility catered to an amazing weekend experience. The staff was so polite and friendly and very helpful. She’s a great host!! Loved this spot!! Thanks heaps!!

Great motel
great motel. Clean and in good repair. Excellent ammenities, - and kitchen etc is well equipped. Owners are lovely and place has a great feel. Would recommend for a friendly, relaxed place to stay.

The friendly and helpful staff, who help us on arrival, with a little bit of a mix up, and the refund we got there and then, no questions asked. Then we got asked the next day if we wanted clean towels etc I thought that was pretty good.

The smell of urine in the bathroom floor on those stones is so disgusting it really need to go the smell is strong I could even smell it through the room

Nice and comfortable for an extended stay
This is the second time we've stayed at Hanmer Springs Scencie Views Motel and would be more than happy to stay again. Everthing you could have wanted was provided, there was plenty of room inside the unit so it didn't feel cramped. I really like that there is a fridge/freezer in the unit which allows lots of room for your food and anything you want to bring or buy that needs to be frozen. And also a couple of empty cupboards to store things out of the way. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved upon is that the single chairs in the lounge aren't that comfortable for bigger adults, so a second sofa - there's plenty of space - would be a bit more user friendly :)
