"The place was ok, but details said breakfast was included which it wasn’t. When we asked the host he said the 2 dry packs of noodles was “breakfast”. No staff on site most of the day, no housekeeping or toilet paper refills. Room was clean at least and had free laundry machine upstairs, but took several cycles to get dry completely. Not very convenient area and difficult to walk around nearby. "

Top Hanoi Hotel Reviews

Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent cleanliness and friendliness from the staff. The breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely stay here again!"

L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi

10/10 Excellent

"A cozy but comfortable atmosphere located in the middle of the Old Quarter. Very kind and welcoming staff and a very comfortable bed and sheets. Decent breakfast spread and a very pleasant overall experience at about $100/night. I would definitely stay there again for that price if I want to be in the Old Quarter."

Solaria d'Oriente Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they helped us arrange for both airport transfers and Halong Bay day tour. Also, it is located adjacent to the main street, hence it doesn't get rowdy and noisy at night. Quiet enough to get a peaceful night sleep."
