"A business hotel about 5 mins away from one of the Yokohama Station exits. Interestingly you enter and take the elevator up to the lobby. We got a three twin bed room for a family of four, including two children ages 7 and 5. Even being a typical Japanese business room we felt it was a nice size. The bathroom area is separate and includes a traditional Japanese bath of a sit down wash and tub combo and toilet being in a separate room. Nice amenities including tea, coffee, and hygiene items....

"Great experience with Rose Hotel Yokohama! It is an older hotel but very spacious (unlike many hotels in Tokyo or Osaka), located steps away from Chinatown. Most of the staff can speak Japanese, English and Chinese. They were very helpful with our luggage requests and despite only staying for one night, we were thoroughly pleased with the amazing customer service. The staff really helped make our Yokohama stop a fantastic experience."
