Her customer service truly reflects the care taken in vetting the staff. Thank you, Liz. As if that wasn’t enough, the outstanding breakfast staff sealed the experience. Demetria and Sonji were exceptional and so pleasant and full of light and character, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Even the housekeeping staff greeted me warmly in passing and wished me a Happy New Year. The level of care and professionalism across the entire team is truly something to be proud of.
