"Yes, property is older, however, staff appears to take pride in keeping it clean Friendly staff who do their best in accommodating their guests. Overall great place to stay for a great price"

"Very clean room. Plenty of space. Good meals. Only drawback was that I had booked a room with a jacuzzi bathtub. The bathtub was very large, and it actually did have "jacuzzi jet nozzles", but the motor was extremely weak. The water that pushed out of the jets only travelled about five inches. Thus, it was like taking a bath in a very large tub, but the jacuzzi part of the tub really did not work well. I booked this room and paid extra specifically because I have a very bad back and wanted the jacuzzi feature, which did not work well."

"You really can’t go wrong booking with this hotel. Overall, everything about this location was top-tier, and I will definitely be booking again soon. Out of the three customer service representatives at the front desk, two of them were absolutely phenomenal. Both were gentlemen—one working the evening shift and the other on the day shift when we checked out. When I say their service was outstanding, I truly mean it. In the room we booked, I did assume there would be a stovetop rather than a portable cooktop, but it wasn’t a major issue. However, there was one young lady whose customer service didn’t quite match the high standard set by the others. She didn’t seem very engaged, and her attitude felt out of place compared to the excellent service we received from the rest of the staff"

"Dirty Room, dirty hotel. My room had a strong pet odor. My windows didnt lock and I had a 1st floor room. Would not recommend this Hotel. "

"Clean room with lots of space, great swimming pool and not too cold, nice hot tub!, good substantial breakfast also. Friendly staff as well"
