"Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing.
It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy.
Other than that, no notes! "

"The staff was helpful and pleasant.
The room was very clean. The bed was a bit big for the size of the room.
Limited breakfast and lunch menu from what we are used to.
We did not have the buffet.
Great location close to the canal areas and 9 lanes for shopping.

"The hotel is located in a perfect spot that is quite but also close to lots of restaurants and the central station. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room and beds were nice, renovated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. "
