Poor
Initial impressions of the room were impressive, but then that ended. Room was noisy as even tho I was high up, the hotel is right on a busy intersection and the windows provided no noise suppression. Could also hear people in other rooms. Then there was the itching - no apparent bites, but something wasn't right in the room - not pleasant. Breakfast was also pretty poor - so much so that I didn't bother on my second morning.

Overall hotel at the city centre
Arrived early at 8 am and counter staff allowed early check-in as supposed to be at 2pm. Hard time speaking English to staff and finally settled with Hokkein dialect.

Bed bugs issue
Disappointed stay Lack of cleanliness. The room we booked has bed bugs. Been bitten by bed bugs and the ear became inflamed and itchy.

Good hotel.
The hotel is clean and tidy. Service is good. However, the temperature control device couldn't be controlled, and the room was very cold during the night.

Everything is good except this hotel does not provide tooth brush and they charge you money for getting an extra towel... I hope they can make changes of the things I mentioned...

Nice place to stay ♥ Hotel nearest to conveniece shop. Not too havoc place but still easy to reach lee garden,, restaurant,, night hawkers just by walking distance. Tuk-tuk is everywhere.

Overall a good place to stay. Near enough to downtown Hat Yai & Railway Station yet quieter from the busy area. Towels & bedsheets are clean. Kettle & bottled water provided. Toothbrush/toothpaste & slippers not provided.

Normal hotel at a decent price
The room is below expectation in terms of size, layout, design, amenities. The photos on the website look much better much bigger. I even called the front desk to confirm that the room was executive room. It was 10mins walk to train station which is good for me. Kim yong market is just across the street. Good for people that want to be outside the crowded area and just a decent place to sleep.

Second time choosing this hotel as it's a little away from Lee Garden Plaza. It's a tall hotel so I preferred city view hotel. Staffs are friendly especially recommended the bellman Mr John, he's friendly helpful and informative. 👍

Conveniently located, hotel staff were helpful (even replying our email after we left Hatyai to help us sort out some miscommunication issue with the taxi service provided by the hotel), clean.

My stay at V.L Hatyai
The hotel located is walking distance to lee garden. Easy to find halal food. If onlg the hotel breakfast has alot of variety would be good. The room is considered ok. Nothing special. Front desk personnel know little english so abit hard to communicate. Wifi is free but poor reception in the room. Considering the price for the rooms, is worth it.

Decent hotel though the beds for the executive double room was small. A queen bed at most. Room was basic but clean and relatively comfortable. But noise from the traffic outside can be a problem for the light sleeper can be a problem.

Nothing fancy no coffee or tea in room hot water in for tea or coffee was available only in hall . Very noisy even on the the ninth floor would prefer a better location for walking as traffic was heavy in this area .

the room was nice, simple and clean (tower room). elevator a bit slow but that's okay. simple breakfast but i loooove one of the staff, very helpful, very sweet and friendly. i have to wait for 5mins since the chef are cooking the noodles to refill, the staff gave me his puff he brought from home while im waiting! and overall the staffs are friendly, they speak simple english, and the most important they are very helpful and the room service food is CHEAP and TASTY! . this hotel is walking distance to lee garden and most malls and shops.
