The community is in a perfect location to most activities in Kona, and the shops are close by for groceries. There's a nice pool area, a welcoming lounge, and laundry facilities. Paradise everyday! "This property was due for renovations about 3 years ago but the pandemic hit. They are planning a huge renovation now and you can tell they are in the recovery phase of the pandemic. We love this resort but could tell the pandemic hurt them. "

Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am.
