"Everything in this Holiday Inn was well cared for and clean, right down to the shower curtain being changed that very day. I was ready to complain that it smelled a little sour when I noticed that the maid carts had clean shower curtains- so they must have a schedule. The Breakfast buffet was great- many selections for everyone. Finally we had dinner in the bar 2 nights (serving the restaurant menu) the food was good and our service by Paul was even better. The only possible negative was the distance from the central core of Vienna and the walk from the subway was a bit far. There were buses we probably could have taken. Also don’t be put off by the graffiti or almost empty long streets with dark buildings - we had no problems! There were no sketchy characters lingering in doorways or on the street even after midnight. The front desk all spoke good English and were helpful, always asking if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again."

"Una experiencia realmente excepcional en Numa, Viena. La ubicación es muy conveniente y, sin duda, este ha sido uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que me he hospedado. Todo está pensado para hacer la estancia fácil y cómoda: un excelente sistema de entrada, camas muy confortables, limpieza impecable y una organización realmente ejemplar. Además, manejo propiedades de renta corta y conozco muy bien todo lo que implica ofrecer una buena experiencia a un huésped. Precisamente por eso puedo decir que Numa me sorprendió muchísimo. La organización, los detalles y la manera en que está estructurado todo el hospedaje están a un nivel excelente. Definitivamente, de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. Una experiencia que recomendaría y, sin duda, repetiría."

"Things we liked: 1. Location in the heart of the Mariahilfer shopping district and a block from the U3 line. 2. Helpfulness of staff and welcome gift for our 6-night stay. 3. The funky retro 1930s post-modern vibe. 4. They accommodated our request for a king bed. 5. Daily service. 6. AC worked well once we figured it out. Things that could be improved: 1. The room was very dark. I guess it was in keeping with the speakeasy vibe but, in practical terms, it was very hard to do things like enter numbers into the safe or simply put on makeup. Even the lighting in the bathroom was less functional than it could have been. 2. No drawer storage for clothing and not enough hangers in the small closet space to make-up for it. We had to live out of our suitcases for 6 nights. I noted to management they have a large piece of furniture that's only a bench and mirror which would be better served as drawer space. Overall we got by and had a good time in Vienna. The hotel is a good value."

"We stayed in a top floor room with balcony. The room was on the smaller side, but comfortable. My only issue was the door on the toilet was, essentially, just a piece of plywood, so it didn’t fully seal and lacked privacy. The bar staff were great, and very social. Specific shout out to Alina and Julian, who were both extremely attentive and great conversation. The location was also very conveniently located a block from Westbanhof, so public transit was a breeze."
