"The lobbys are lovely and the restaurants are all great. Love the concept of Counteroffer. Staff all helpful and friendly Only neg is the sound proofing of the door between lock off rooms. I could hear every word the other room was saying. Luckily they went to bed early. Atrium 10th floor."

"Service was impeccable, room was beautiful (great view from the 27th floor). The elevators were a bit of learning curve but we figured it out. Did get to try the restaurants or breakfast but it’s located in downtown, surrounds by blocks and blocks of restaurants and bars. "

"I absolutely love embassy suites and I'm very grateful to get to stay there. The breakfast is amazing, however, me and several other people who believe like I do do not eat pork. So it would be amazing if there was something other than pork available as far as meats are concerned. However, that's not a huge deal. It was still wonderful"

" I really loved the staff here, they were all really sweet and had amazing personalities. The room was really nice as well, I did notice some things but I believe they were natural mishaps and shouldnt be taken into account of the hotel itself. I celebrated my boyfriend's 22nd birthday in the Loft Suite, and it was just such a nice room with two bathrooms with showers. We called ahead and they said the room could hold 6 people so we also had some friends over and overall had a really nice day and night. I had a hard time sleeping but everything else was nice. Again, really amazing staff who were communicative throughout the entire process and understanding of the little things I noticed. My boyfriend had a really nice birthday experience thanks to the Joule!"
