"Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was very clean, good facilities and quiet. Breakfast was mediocre fruit salad wasn’t fresh, average considering the cost of staying there. Minor drawback Did find having to pay €4.50 Euros per night for a bottle of water steep as many hotels provide water daily free of charge."

"My room was stylish, but very small. There was no writing desk or workspace. The only storage drawers are under the bed. The bathroom is well appointed with a shower, but access to it is only through narrow doors that open against the bed. The bed is comfortable. The room is quiet. Sunday breakfast in the dining room would have cost €33, so I chose to eat elsewhere. The dinner menu is adequate but not exceptional."

"Liked the excellent location near the Opera House and other major attractions. The large room with two beds is also a positive point. The staff helpful, and attentive. The negative points are three : the bad illumination at the elevators and the hall in front of them. Its too dark. One cannot forget that this is a classy hotel and not a suspicious night club. The breakfast at the week end was poor mainly with few choices of fresh fruits. Disgusting was when at the check out the porter called a taxi for the airport and the price was much above the normal fare. Despite asked the driver didn't use the meter. Porter scam with taxi drivers ???"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was neat, very clean, and a great size, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was good, but with so many charming coffee shops nearby, we only ate there once! The absolute highlight is the location – it's in the heart of everything, with attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Perfect for exploring Vienna on foot. Highly recommended!"

"Upon arriving we were well greeted by staff and offered water or sparkling wine after our long flight from Seattle. All of the staff spoke English which was very pleasant. Enjoyed wonderful room service that arrived promptly after our order was placed. Excellent service at the restaurant. We enjoyed our visit at thw Vienna Marriott and wish we could have stayed longer. "
