"The room was spotless and bathroom looked new. Bed linen high quality, pillows better than most high end hotels. Towels plentiful. Room and closet very good. Kettle with plenty of tea/coffee is very convenient. On site restaurant menu looks very reasonable, did not try. Best of all…… 5 min ride into Heathrow Terminal 5 on a unique space-age pod, dedicated to the hotel! Will recommend to others and definitely stay again."
