"Modern hotel but like another garden inn at another London airport the temperature is messed up - the whole property is way too hot (25°+ I think) and in room AC is actually too cold. Comforters are too thin and pillows are useless - way too thin. 2 bars on site - good. 5-min walk to T2, so convenient for early morning flight. "

"We booked a non refundable stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances we couldn’t stay, we contacted the hotel through the chat box on the booking twice, they didn’t respond, we then contacted hotels.com who after explaining to to them contacted the hotel who said they didn’t receive any message and under any circumstances it is non refundable. We were not looking for a refund, we were being polite and letting them know we were unable to come so they could use the room if required. I’ve never had an issue with the chat box before with replies, but this time? To deny they have received them when I have proof, like I said time and time again, we weren’t looking for a refund, just acknowledgment."

"We felt the breakfasts were poor. Some of the food dishes were empty and not filled up very quickly. Service was slow and at busy times the staff were under pressure to supply the tables with drinks."

"Would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast menu is not great especially if you stay more than one day. I guess you get what you paid for."

"The rooms need some updating. Noisy plumbing. 3/5 working elevators for 3 of the 4 nights we were there. That said, convenient location to Olympia center and excellent shopping and dining on the high street."

"Large hotel with efficient check in and luggage storage facilities. Staff were friendly. The room we booked (standard twin) was very small, the bathroom in particular was a very strange long narrow room that made it awkward to use. The TV started turning itself on every 10 minutes at 5am which was kind of annoying. The room was very hot but the air con was good. Pool was ok, a little tired but fine. Jacuzzi and steam room were out of order which was disappointing. Great location just off Kensington High Street."
