"For what we paid for the night here it was very good value. The room was basic but clean and comfy. Nice fluffy towels and crisp bed linen. Free Tea ,Coffee and water in reception 24hrs. Breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and cold options. Staff were all friendly. All in all we couldn't fault it "

"We had organized a special 21st birthday celebration for my son at a nearby restaurant and decided to book several rooms at The Leonardo Hotel Milton Keynes to accommodate our disabled guests and family members who had traveled from afar. I must commend all the team for their exceptional hospitality and assistance, particularly in helping us with our luggage and going the extra mile to upgrade our rooms. However, what truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful gesture made by Leonardo's staff. Upon entering my son's room, we were greeted with a delightful surprise – birthday balloons, confetti, and an array of complimentary treats to celebrate his special day. It was a gesture that left my son overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. The impeccable service, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality provided by the Leonardo MK team made our celebration even more memorable. It comes as no surprise that all our guests were thoroughly impressed and have expressed their intentions to return when visiting us in the future.
