"Super friendly check in staff. Made to feel very welcome and greeted by my name which was impressive! Lovely big room, fantastic bathroom. Right opposite station so great for getting a bite to eat. Loved Hamburg! Quirks of hotel: corridors are a bit of a maze and it’s easy to get lost, but that’s the only negative and I would stay here again for sure!"
