Premier Hotel Cabin Highway 30A

"Arrived at our booking and when opened the door to room there was somebody laying on sofa with no shirt on. Made repeated calls to property, left voicemails, and sent numerous messages through app with zero reply to anything. Called Expedia they tried to contact property twice with no luck. Had to book a hotel at 10 pm at night and still four days later have not responded. They did send several messages asking me how my stay was going and one asking me to leave a 5 star review. I understand issues happen but if you have a hotel with no front desk you could at least attempt to communicate with guest in some way. "

"Hotel creeks and makes way too much noise. If you’re not staying on the 3rd floor please do not bother to stay here. You will not get good rest. Also the beds are really uncomfortable."

"We didn’t actually meet any staff, because we got in around 7:30 pm. But instructions for room were perfect and the accommodations were lovely. Really liked the mattress."

"This home was very run down and in need of updating. The furniture was stained and worn. The shower head did not work at all in the second bedroom and we were forced to use the small stand up shower off of the main bedroom which was very tight quarters. "

"This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!"
