However, the advertised onsite gym is actually located in another building next door and requires an additional fee, which was not mentioned at the time of booking or during check-in. I specifically asked about the onsite gym again at check-in and was not informed of any surcharge. "

"We were not shown where the facilities were, as the staff only quickly tidied the room upon our arrival. We arrived at 5:00 pm, so there had been sufficient time to have the room properly prepared in advance. It also appeared that the sheets had not been changed, and we were only provided with a couple of towels at that time. In addition, the common areas had a strong cigarette smell, which made the environment uncomfortable. Although we had already paid for the stay, we decided not to remain due to these issues and concerns about safety. Unfortunately, the staff did not make any effort to address our concerns or offer a solution. Overall, the experience was very disappointing."
