"The stay was good, i didnt like how the booking details had no info on a host and made it difficult for me to check in, i didnt like how the details say theres a pool and the pool is dirty and not open... nothing like the pics, they showed pics of rooms that were not the one i stayed in. It said it was ocean front with ocean front pics and it was a lie. I would suggest telling people the truth on the website would be better way of the people deciding if they want to stay.. "

"Arrived at 3 pm then spent two hours before they find me a room , very dirty. Smelly colored towel. Roaches and other insects. No customer service to talk to . Dirty microwave . No customer service available to even ask for a bottle of water. Very disappointed "

I arrived at thIs hotel Last night only to find it had been closed for over 3 months and that’s despite taking my booking..I did not even receive an e-mail to let me know they would be closed.. absolute disgraceful service and will not be staying there again..
